There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no personal data collected. Everything you enter is processed on your device.
Nothing personal. The calculator has no registration and no contact forms other than the optional suggestion box. Reporting times you enter are used on your device to display your result and are not transmitted to us.
Saved flights, recently used times, your theme preference, and whether you dismissed the install prompt are stored locally in your browser so the tool remembers them between visits. Clearing your browser data removes them. We have no copy.
If you send a suggestion using the form, the message and any name you choose to include are emailed to the person who maintains the site, via the form-delivery service FormSubmit. Please don't include sensitive personal information in that message.
This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can control ad personalisation in your Google account settings at adssettings.google.com, and manage cookies through your browser settings.
We do not share information with advertisers ourselves — we don't hold any to share.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — how many people visit and which pages they use. This is used to improve the tool. It is not used to build profiles of individual users, and we cannot identify you from it.
Choosing "Remind me" or "Share on WhatsApp" opens Google Calendar, your device calendar, or WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.
This is a tool for working aviation professionals and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
