A free tool that answers one question for cabin crew: what time do I need to be back in my accommodation to complete my rest before duty?
You enter the day you report and your reporting time. The tool subtracts your minimum rest requirement and shows the latest time you should be back in your accommodation. No sign-up, no roster upload, no complicated screens — two taps and an answer.
It supports the two common minimum rest values, 5 hours 30 minutes and 9 hours, plus a custom value if your requirement is different.
Cabin crew based in Doha who want a quick, reliable answer without doing mental arithmetic at the end of a long day. It's particularly useful when you're out during a rest period and need to know exactly when to head back, or when you're planning a night out before an early report.
Working out a return time is simple arithmetic, but doing it tired, in a different timezone, or half-asleep is exactly when mistakes happen — and the consequence of getting it wrong is serious. This removes the calculation entirely.
The tool works offline once loaded and can be added to your home screen so it opens like an app. On iPhone, tap the Share button then "Add to Home Screen". On Android and desktop, a prompt appears offering to install it.
Important: My Reporting Time is an independent aid, not an official airline tool and not affiliated with any airline. Always follow your company's operations manual, your roster, and crew control instructions. Where your airline's published rest requirements differ from anything shown here, your airline's requirements apply.
The tool is shaped by what crew ask for. If something is missing or wrong, use the "Suggest a feature" link on the calculator and it goes straight to the person who maintains it.
